HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing direct assistance and reporting to the Human Capital & Development Manager. Assisting in overseeing the daily administrative and human resources activities for the company whilst at the same time contribute to the organizational growth.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in assist the Head of Department in maintaining the full spectrum of human resource and admin functions are adhered to by all level of employees at all time.

  • Assist in executing and maintaining the HR policies and procedures, employee compensation and benefit, performance evaluation system, training development and administrative functions.

  • Involve in employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding programs.

  • Manage the departmental training plan, employee’s skill enhancement and career development programs.

  • Provides counselling to resolve employee grievances whenever necessary.

  • Handle workplace investigation, domestic inquiries and propose proper disciplinary action.

  • Provide precise HR reporting and control the admin expenditures as per budget.

  • Maintain liaison with related regulatory bodies in relation to the HR function.

  • To be KPI-focused and monitor the KPIs for the Department.

  • Establish key result areas and maintain performance measurement systems and targets.

  • Adhere to all LMTSB HSSE policies and procedures.

  • Support any other ad-hoc task or responsibilities to be assigned by superior/management from time to time.

 

Qualification:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Admin or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the position is required for this position.

  • Strong and in-depth working knowledge in handling HR-related issues.

 

Skills:

  • Good leadership skills and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions.

  • Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
