Job Summary: 

Responsible for managing and reporting financial information for the Company. He / She would also be responsible and accountable for financial accounting and management accounting. And provide management support in making profitable long-term and short-term business decisions that meet high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cost Accountant

- Responsible for assessing business unit expenses and cash flow which includes monitoring cost drivers, inventory holding, and recommending improvement plans/action plans.

- The duties include liaising with related parties (related party transactions), external parties, auditors, suppliers, etc.

  • Special Project

- Responsible for forecasting project expenses and preparing optimized budget plans for current business or future business/projects.

- The duties include projecting financial records, researching the market rate for key business costs, and adjusting the company budget and plan to achieve the targeted objective.

  • Need to collaborate with related parties and other internal & external parties to provide financial and accounting support to executives and department heads who establish goals and budgets for the organization.

  • Analyses and recommend costs and cost savings initiatives and plans.

  • Analyses any changes in goods or services provided to determine what effect it has on the cost.

  • Make estimates of current, new, and proposed services costs or projects.

  • Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis, Break-Even-Point (BEP) analysis, Stress test, Capital Budgeting, Return on Investment (ROI), or any other analysis required, including for internal or future small businesses or projects.

  • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.

  • Lead, liaise and follow up with a related party for preparation of documentation and collection.

  • Monitoring and assessing inventory management to ensure the cash flow position of the business unit is healthy.

  • Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of services.

  • Develop and maintain the accounting system, computerized reports, documents, and records of the organization – actual and budget


  • Degree in accounting or related field or similar/higher education level.

  • At least ten (10) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Sound understanding of accounting principles/treatment.

  • Solid cost systems background.
